MY ROLE: STRATEGIC SERVICE DESIGNER AND PLANNER (INTERVIEWS), WEBSITE AND PRESENTATION CONTENT DESIGNER
THE CHALLENGE
Terra VP is one of the main Venture Capitals in Israel. Focused on start-ups that have innovative technology that can make a real difference on our environment and society, they wanted to redefine their company's positioning.
THE PROCESS
By doing extensive interviews with the company partners, employees and incubated start-ups from TerraLab, we found out that the new positioning was already there, it just needed to be proper defined and communicated to the external audience.
If in the beginning they were known as a Cleantech Venture Capital, in the past few years they started to invest in other areas; from energy-saving solutions like Phoebus Energy to social companionships like Elli.q. That, again, needed to be said.
OUTCOMES
We defined a clear positioning - "Investing in innovative technologies that will make tomorrow that much brighter" - and developed a totally new website and an stylish presentation for stakeholders, highlighting what they are and their amasing team.
We also brought together TerraLab, their incubator program attracting the most interesting start-ups.
The partners of Terra VP were so happy with the results that the keep referring us to their start-ups ;)
