UX FOR DASHBOARD, technician APP and customer web app

MY ROLE: STRATEGIC SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE DESIGNER (PROPOSAL, UX TRENDS, USER interviews, WIREFRAMES, PROTOTYPE & TEST)

THE CHALLENGE

I spent 6 months in Israel doing an immersion in innovation and in the start-up culture where I had the opportunity of collaborating with some very interesting companies. One of them was Timing Tech, an optimisation platform that predicts, with great accuracy, the time of arrival of service providers such as Internet/Telecom providers, Gas providers, Electricians etc.

 

They were ready to expand to Europe and the US and needed to redesign their excell-feeling and hebrew designs platform to create a much friendlier experience. The platform consisted of a Dashboard for the company, an app for the technician and a web app for the customer.

THE PROCESS 

 

To understand how service providers were using their Dashboard, we did deep interviews and asked them to show us how they usually navigated though the platform.

 

After understanding their challenges and following best practices/trends in the market, we developed wireframes and tested again.

OUTCOMES

 

After some iterations and refining tiny details such as the language with a final test through Invision, developed by my partner Art Director Rod Veludo, we achieved delivering a great user interface as well as UX.

 

With fresh designs, with a new user experience, much more intuitively and easy to navigate. The client was very happy with the results and they are now implementing it with their new American clients.

 

We applied the same process for both technicians and end-users, considering all the particularities of these different medias.
