THE CHALLENGE

To support both the creative team at Casa Rex as well
as the strategic role of each job on the delivery of the agency’s projects.

THE PROCESS
​
​Implementing a strategic mindset through the use of planning tools; through the inclusion of market analysis, consumer behaviour research, shopper observation and trendwatching, I was able to create a strategic process on the design of every project.
From multinational brands like Knorr, Skip and Pfizer, that requested a Global or Regional strategic vision and understanding, to local ones that needed a go-to-market strategy, we could, then, identify the different approaches and solutions.

OUTCOMES

Besides great client response and new projects, the agency was aknowledged by several AWARDS 2010-2013: Pentawards, IF, Good Design, ADG 10th Graphic Design Biennial, HOW+Print Color in Design Awards sponsored by Pantone, Bidi12 3rd Ibero-American Design Biennial, Creativity International Awards, IDA, Rebrand 100 Global.
